Terri Clemons Clark, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Terri joined Sto-Rox Neighborhood Health Council as Executive Director in 2020. She has worked as a health care executive and advocate for community health centers for more than 25 years.
Her career has focused on program planning and health care service delivery for medically vulnerable communities. Previously, Terri served in progressive roles including the Director of the National Community Center of Excellence of Women’s Health Program and as Development Officer for the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system in Ohio.
In addition, Terri has extensive experience engaging faith-based organizations in health and social service programming on behalf of their congregants. She is dedicated to using creative strategies that empower communities to increase access to quality care and reduce disparities so patients can achieve their best health.
Terri received an MBA in Health Services Administration from Howard University in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
